i-mate smartphone 2002 to 2003?

i bought a i-mate smartphone but i thought it was 2003 and now i see operatin system is 2002...
is it upgradable to 2003 or not?

but i was wondering where to find good softwares for it?

also i think symbians got more softwares than this?!!

and alsono bluetooth!!!
